What was the highlight of this past weekend?
My wife's pasta salad. She adapted it from a (now defunct? still active) Cooks Country recipe for Gazpacho Pasta Salad, and it's fabulous. We ate it at 9pm last night.
Of course, I had a great weekend all-around.
